Dr. Harris-Tryon is a physician-scientist and Associate Professor of Dermatology and Immunology at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. She is an expert in the skin microbiome. Since 2017, the Harris-Tryon lab has discovered how diet and the immune system alter skin biology and the impact of these changes on the microbiome. Her team is translating discoveries from the bench into new therapies for individuals with skin diseases.
