The Skin of Color Society held a networking and educational event at the Smith and Wollensky Restaurant in Miami Beach, FL. The event provided members and other guests a chance to enjoy networking at an oceanside venue. The event was attended by established dermatologists as well as residents and a few faculty from local universities.
On November 8, 2018 the Skin of Color Society held a networking event at the historic Caucus Club in Detroit, Michigan. The event was held in conjunction with the 2018 Vitiligo International Symposium (VIS). and was well attended by established dermatologists from around the world.
